National Innovation on Climate Resilient Agriculture’ (NICRA) project was initiated in Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Dibrugarh in June, 2011. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research has launched a scheme to take up strategic research and technology demonstration on climate resilient agricultural practices.
